TRANSPORT FACILITY

The need for safe passage of each Student to College and back home is of paramount importance to us. To ensure safe travel the College has its own fleet of College buses designed as per standards and manned by trained drivers and personnel sensitized to the needs of students. GPS System has been provided in each bus that ensures efficiency in terms of service and better identification of the location of buses. Besides ensuring the implementation of the safety norms, all staff on the bus is well trained in first aid and emergency management.

  • Bus charge will be charged for round the year and should be paid in advance along with the college fee.
  • If a student wants to discontinue the transport facility during the academic year, he/she will have to pay six month extra charges.
  • Parents are requested to refrain from breaking into grievance regarding bus services or the staff on board. Any grievance regarding bus services or the staff on board should be made to the transport incharge.
  • No students will board the bus without an identity card.
  • Unauthorized persons are not allowed to travel by the college bus.
  • The buses will pick-up and drop the students from their respective stops as per the college schedule.
  • It is the responsibility of the parents to escort their wards into the bus in the morning and from the bus stop in the afternoon & Evening
  • Bus commuters and escort are expected to reach their respective stops 10 minutes before scheduled time.
  • Discipline at the stop and inside the bus should be maintained. Students will be held responsible for any damage to buses caused by negligence or vandalism.
  • The bus facility is extended as a privilege and cannot be claimed as a right. It can be withdrawn any time due to any emergency.
